Unlike a lot of appliance repair companies, Edward responded immediately to my phone call and got me on his schedule as soon as possible. He kept me updated as to when he would get to my house and while he diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. He was extremely professional, friendly, and genuine and his fee was more than reasonable. I’m certainly going to use him again and I highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service! He responded to my inquiry promptly and scheduled a visit for the following day. He is very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions about purchasing a new refrigerator since ours suddenly stopped working and was not going to last even if repaired. Edward is one of those rare honest people, who will not make you spend the extra money on repairs for appliances that will not last. Thanks to his advice and kindness, I was able to save $300+ and put them towards purchasing a new appliance.
